These are the general conditions (“General conditions”) of ENRICH B.V. (“ENRICH.”). These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the ENRICH website. By placing an order you explicitly agree with the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions to the order you have placed and you declare that you are familiar with the content thereof.

3. Agreement, price and payment
The agreement is established when you place an order via the website and ENRICH has sent a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
ENRICH reserves the right not to accept your order if:
The data entered by you is incorrect or complete and in the case of ENRICH doubts its accuracy;
You have failed to comply with a previous payment obligation;
You have not received and / or have not collected any previous orders;
The delivery address you specified is in a country located where ENRICH does not deliver.
ENRICH will inform you as soon as possible about not accepting your order.
The price displayed on the website at the time of payment is a total price of all products, including shipping costs and taxes applicable in the European Union.
You can pay for your order through one of the payment options offered by ENRICH.
Orders delivered outside of the European Union may be subject to additional fees and / or taxes. These surcharges and / or taxes are expressly not included in the total price referred to in paragraph 2 of this article. Any additional costs on the basis of these allowances and / or taxes are for your own account and risk.
ENRICH cannot be held to an offer on its website if you can reasonably understand that the offer or part of it contains an obvious mistake or typo, such as an unusually low price. We request that you contact ENRICH. to include if you have doubts about the correctness of an offer.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days. We will also keep you informed of the process and our carrier will send you a tracking code to track your package.
Please note that during promotions the delivery may take longer than normal and that shipments are only processed on European working days.
5. Adjustments or changes to orders
ENRICH B.V. is not responsible for the accuracy of orders and you must double check your order before you place it.

You must ensure that the personalization data on your products is correctly provided to us before completing an order.
Once an order has been placed on products that need to be personalized, cancellations on orders are not allowed.
6. Reflection time and right of withdrawal
You will receive a refund of the total amount that has been paid (including the standard shipping costs). If you return one or more items from your original order and the total value of the remaining items is less than the € 50 threshold, we will charge shipping costs with mutual effect. We do this by reducing the amount paid for the item (s) that you have returned with the shipping costs in your country.
Return the items as quickly as possible, but within 14 days from the day on which you exercised the right of withdrawal. You can always return your items within the cooling-off period. Please note that it can take 14 days for the refund to be deposited into your bank account. We can suspend your refund until we have received the product (s) or have proof that the products have been sent. Your refund will be made with the payment method with which the order is placed.
If you are not satisfied with your ordered product (s), you can dissolve the agreement within the cooling-off period without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). The reflection period starts on the day after you have received the product or on the day that a third party designated by you (this is not the carrier) has received the product.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also be returned in the original packaging
Under no circumstances are monograms or customized products accepted for consideration of the return to change your mind. We do not refund or exchange monograms or customized products unless the item is defective.
If your product is defective or damaged during transport, ENRICH B.V. repair or replace your product free of charge if necessary. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be defective.

7. Availability of products:
All products are subject to availability. ENRICH will strive to accurately display all quantities online. However, we cannot be held liable for all products that are not available at the time of your check out / payment
ENRICH reserves the right to terminate or cancel orders in the event of a website malfunction, technical malfunctions or incorrect prices. The customer will be notified immediately and any payment received from the customer will be reimbursed.
All ENRICH products are branded with gold foil and the “ENRICH / ENR.” Logo will be present in gold. This applies to all monogram products.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change or terminate the service at any time (or any part or content thereof) without prior notice. We are not liable to you or third parties for changes, price changes, suspension or termination of the service.

10. Faithful display and service life
ENRICH does its utmost to display the products as faithfully as possible on its website. We do not guarantee that your computer screen will be accurate of every color. All items are checked for any defects before they are sent to our customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
The lifespan of the products that ENRICH. offers on its website depend on the material of the product and the way in which and the intensity with which you use the product. To ensure that the products maintain their optimum lifespan and quality, it is important that you follow the care instructions.
11. Promotion & discount codes:
If a discount code is valid, it is the customers’ responsibility to apply to their order at the time of purchase only. ENRICH is not liable or obliged to apply discount codes once an order has already been processed.
